Interstate holiday!

Ballarat Wedding Season kicked off last month and before I jumped head first into it, I took my Wife & kids on a holiday to spend time with Family in the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia! To make it even better, we went with close friends. As you can expect, we had an incredible time.

I had a list of places to go, things to do & people to see for our trip. I wanted to show off my 'home turf'. The reality though was very different. After an 8hr drive, the items to tick off were more numerous than there were hours in the week that we were away for.

As annoying as it was for some family members, I took a GoPro along & captured our time together. Then, I edited it & threw a 'killer' soundtrack together & walla! I thought I'd share it with you, give you a little insight into my life & show a little of my personality.

As I started writing this Blog Post, I realised that my holiday, is REALLY similar to a Wedding Day! How? Similar to the list of things I wanted to see, places I wanted to go, people I wanteed to say G'day to. On a Wedding Day, there's Hair and Make-up, a beautiful Gown, Shoes, Suits, Jewelry, Flowers, a house/room full of Bridal Party & family, Cars, Guests, Cake and thats just the tip of the iceberg. On your Wedding day, the tasks sometimes seem overbearing and daunting. However, if you take a step back and do a little delegating, they'll get done and you'll have fun on the biggest day of your life rather than stressing.

This is my biggest tip for enjoying your Wedding Day! Take a step back and delegate.
